| Q. WHAT IS HD? |

| A. HD is an acronym for High Definition (technically, it stands for Hybrid Digital). This means that when you have an HD receiver and you’re listening to an HD channel you will hear CD quality sound (no more hisses, no more cracks and pops.) Traditionally, broadcast radio is analog. HD Radio Technology converts the traditional analog radio broadcast to digital and provides advanced audio and data features that enhance your listening experience. |

| Q. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HD AND ANALOG RADIO? |

| A. The difference between HD and Analog is primarily the sound quality. |

| Q. WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF HD RADIO? |

| A. HD will offer an improved signal quality that is less susceptible to noise and interference, bringing CD quality to FM; and FM quality to AM. Also, multicasting allows us to have the equivalent of two or more radio stations on our existing frequency. Thus, we’re having "3 stations in 1". |

| Q. WHAT ARE THE CHANNELS? |

| A. HD 1 is the regular iFM 93.9 programming formatted for a target audience of 18 - 35 year old age bracket and the C, D and E social classes. HD 2 is formatted for a target audience of 12-19 year old age bracket and the A, B and upper C social classes. HD 3 is programmed for a target audience of 25 and up, for all social classes. |

| Q. CAN HD RADIOS PICK UP ANALOG SIGNALS? |

| A. Yes. HD radio sets can pick-up analog signals. |

Q. CAN I STILL RECEIVE iFM 93.9 ON MY ANALOG RADIO SET WHEN YOU START BROADCASTING ON HD? |

| A. Yes. Your current analog radio set will still continue to receive the analog signals of iFM 93.9. |

| Q. IS MY PRESENT RADIO WITH DIGITAL DISPLAY HD READY? |

| A. No. Existing radio sets even with digital displays are not capable of receiving HD signals. Only digital radios that have HD logos can receive HD signals. |

| Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO LISTEN TO HD RADIO SIGNAL? |
 |
| A. You will need a new HD Radio receiver. Your current analog radio will not receive HD signals. HD Radio receivers are available in many forms for car, portable and the home. |

| Q. WHERE CAN WE BUY HD RADIO UNITS? |
 |
| A. It is available in the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and soon in the Philippines. You may inquire at your local appliance/electronics dealer. |

| Q. HOW MUCH IS ONE HD RADIO UNIT? |
 |
| A. The price varies by functionality of the receivers but current prices range from $100 to $500 and continues to go down. |

| Q. WHAT IS THE SIGNAL COVERAGE OF YOUR HD RADIO STATION? |

| A. The signal coverage of our HD station is similar to that of our current analog signal coverage. |

| Q. DO WE NEED TO PAY ANY SUBSCRIPTION FEE? |
 |
| A. No. As opposed to satellite radio, HD radio has no subscription fee. Listening is free provided that you have an HD receiver. |
