Every year, RMN organizes a 1-day simultaneous medical mission event in 33 areas nationwide. Scheduled every August during RMN's founding anniversary, the activity is held nationwide from Baguio to Zamboanga.

RMN provides health and dental services, pediatric check-up, blood donation, feeding program, and cholesterol check-up. Together with volunteer doctors from the Armed Forces and local hospitals they also conduct eye check-up, sugar screening, diabetes test, ear cleaning, circumcision and vet services.

In some areas, RMN also offered free haircut, massage and even motorcycle check-up.

Local advertisers also supported this community service activity. This medical mission project helps over 27,000 Filipinos nationwide and RMN will schedule it again on August this year.
